Ideal Dishwasher Basket
I got this "DELUXE Toddler Dishwasher Basket" through another site that specializes in baby merchandise. At the time it was not available on Amazon. It works perfectly for the intended purpose which I'll describe.
You need a dishwasher basket for the 3 small parts of the baby bottle that otherwise will often find their way to the bottom of the dishwasher and get melted. That's what happened to me before I got my basket, so I have more bottles that parts for the bottles.
A baby bottle has 4 parts: the bottle itself, the screw cap that holds the nipple, the nipple and the cover. Those last 3 parts are small and can easily get melted if they fall down to the bottom of the dishwasher. That is why you need the basket. You can place the actual bottles outside the basket, and I never put the bottles in the basket. They wouldn't fit anyway, even in this one, which is probably the biggest basket.
I have twins, and I fill up that basket every time I run the dishwasher. There's not much if any room to spare. I'd rather get a bigger basket than a smaller one, so I'd recommend this one for singletons as well. I haven't had problems with the basket; it's just a simple device that opens and shuts. When you take it out of the dishwasher, you turn it upside-down over the sink to get excess water out. Then you place the parts onto a drying rack that should be right next to the sink.
The main thing to be aware of is that you only need the basket for the 3 small parts that fit onto the bottle, not for the bottle itself. You can just put those bottles where you put glasses and cups. The bottles won't really fit into the basket properly anyway even if you have a singleton, and forget about trying it if you have twins.

LOUD!
This bottle warmer heats bottles well, but at the end of the warming cyle, it beeps for about 30 seconds....LOUD. I purhcased this to use in my son's room, as I prefer to keep everything for his middle-of-the-night feeds close by. Not this! The alarm, when it goes off, echoes through our condo and wakes up the baby in the other room. If i could find a way to silence that thing, it woudld work great. As it is, thumbs down.
Does the Job
I received this used from a friend (who has a 3 year old) and have been using it for 5 months. It works great! The reference card tells how much water to put in, and the bottle is warmed perfectly! (We use Dr. Brown's glass bottles, and have had no problem).
Minus one star because - You MUST clean it once a month with the vinegar solution or else the heating element gets gross. (1 oz vinegar to 4 oz water, let sit.) Of course that may be because ours is several years old.
True, the beeping is loud, but since we have it in the kitchen I can throw a bottle in, then run over to the bedroom and change the baby, and still hear the beep, so for me, it's perfect. I'm going to buy another one for visits to grandma's house, as well.
cleaning tip
This thing does the job, and we have no real complaints.
The beep is loud, but it bugs me more than baby.
It does develop brown gunk in the bottom after a while, and we use distilled water in it.
I accidently noticed that If I add water and bring it to a boil, that it dissolved all the brown gunk.
Then I shut it off , swirl the hot water around, and carefully dump it into the sink and it's clean!
Its much easier to clean it that way, than to try to wipe the brown gunk out of it.

I have 4 kids and moms are always telling me that you do not even wipe off the pacifiers when they drop on the floor after baby # 2 comes along. Not me this product is awesome. I feel so much better cleaning my babies toys and pacifiers in this machine. This is what I now buy for every baby shower I go to.
works well, but limited usefullness
This is a small sanitizer that works well to sterilize pacifiers and teething items, or other SMALL things your child may touch. It takes 30 minutes for one cycle to run, and uses dry heat, so you can sterilize small toys and things you would not put in a dishwasher or washing machine. It is not designed to sterilize bottles or bigger items.
I love this sanitizer!
My daughter got thrush and so we had to sanitize everything our doctor recommended a nursery sanitizer so we purchased this one. We love it! Now we use it for everything. Every time I wash her bottles I throw them in and then put them up. Her toys go in once every other day. She's three months old now and I still use it at least twice a day and she hasn't gotten thrush again since.

Great Bag
This is the best bag I have seen on the market. The pull-out drawer is
ingenious. We put our bottles in the insulated pouches in the top
portion of the bag and toys and snacks in the drawer. There is plenty of
room for changes of clothes for both of our children. My wife loves the
fashionable copper color and I love the black. A diaper bag is for
carrying your kids stuff it does have to look like a "kiddy bag." There
was no way I was going to carry a bag with Winnie the Pooh on it. Mrs.

Great bottles once you're used to them
When I first tried these out I had my doubts that they would work out okay (I had been using Avent and have used Dr Brown in the past). They take a little more time to put together than the Avent and babies don't like to wait when they're hungry! However once I got a system down (I put the two vent pieces together and the nipple/collar/cap together in advance and store them in separate bins where I prepare the bottles) I came to really like them. I instantly got less burps than with the Avent and the Dr Brown and they don't leak like the Avent.
They've gone through the drop test onto a hardwood floor just fine and they quickly passed the most important test: my son took to them right away.
One warning: I tried out the "6 month+ Y Flow" nipples but my son vetoed them instantly. I unwisely had bought a number of nipples which (for now) he won't use. I get a little use out them with my two year old who takes the occasional bottle.
Other than that I'm sold - a better bottle than what I had been using (minus a little ramp time getting used to them) and of course they are BPA free.
Finally got her to take a bottle!
After 3 months of trying to get my baby to take a bottle (to no avail), we finally achieved success when we tried the Born Free bottle. Not sure why it worked, but it did and we are very pleased. If you are having trouble getting your breastfed baby to take a bottle, you may want to try this brand. NONE of the others worked for us.
Great safe bottles
I used Avent & Dr. Brown bottles for my first two babies (born in 2003 and 2004). For my third, I decided to go with the Born Free bottles to avoid the potential of BPA in the plastic. True, they are a bit of a pain b/c of the two-piece air valve system to minimize gas but this set up is much easier to clean & put together than Dr. Brown's. These bottles are very similar to Avent but they have never leaked (sometimes with the Avent, I would have to take of the lid, then rescrew it on b/c I would get some leaking). The bottles are dishwasher safe (top rack only) and very easy to maintain. They only cost slightly more than the Avent/Dr. Brown's but that extra $ is worth it to be BPA-free. Also, the nipples are the softest, like Dr. Brown's, which is what I had to use when baby wouldn't take bottles. These were taken with no problem.
